615 KM to Montreal and $3000 to my goal!
I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS again this year!
It will be my 6th year participating and my 4th year riding 615 KM to Montreal. I can't begin to describe what an incredible event this has been for me.
I have few reasons to do the Bike Rally:
- PWA Toronto is a source of much needed services for people living with HIV/AIDS; providing food, wellness care, peer support and a place that is welcoming and safe for them
- I have lost friends and loved ones to AIDS
- I have friends living with HIV/AIDS who can find support at PWA Toronto
The cost of providing services has dramatically increased for PWA. If you think inflation has hit you hard, imagine what it is like for people who were already struggling.
