Hey folks, I’m Michael! This will be my 7th time cycling from Toronto to Montréal in the Friends for Life Bike Rally, and my second time as team captain.

I originally embarked on this pedal-powered pursuit of glory to support the programs and services offered by our local AIDS Service Organizations, to give back to my community, to meet new people and for the physical, mental and emotional challenges the Bike Rally provides.

What brings me back each year you may ask? The important impact of this charity ride. The random acts of kindness. The sense of community. The lifelong memories. The friendships. The laughs (and the cries!).

Each donation (big or small) helps people access life-changing programs and services that they rely on each and every day. You are helping people living with HIV/AIDS who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
