I’m excited to be riding once again in the 2025 Friends for Life Bike Rally, marking my 8th year supporting people living with HIV/AIDS. This year, I have the privilege of co-captaining an amazing team alongside my friend Grant, and together we’re committed to making a real difference.

This event is so much more than just a ride. The funds we raise go directly toward providing essential services—food programs, wellness care, peer support, and safe spaces for those who need them most. These resources change lives, and I’m honoured to be part of this effort year after year.
