Hello to my Family, Friends, Clients and Neighbours

A lot of you have provided long time support and I truly appreciate that, others of you are new to this cause. I thank all of you.

This is my 11th year with the Friends for Life Bike Rally. I am trying something different this year. The first three days I am going to crew with the Rubbermaid Rustlers and then ride my bike from Kingston to Montreal.

I am part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS.

This is my 11th year of involvement with the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation (PWA)

This event is important to me because the money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
