Hello, friend! Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!

 

The 2025 Bike Rally will be my ninth year with the Bike Rally, my fourth year as a team captain, and I'm so looking forward to riding from Toronto to Montreal once again this August, six amazing days and 600+ kilometres. 

I first rode in 2017 to honour the memory of two of my best friends from high school, Peter and Ian, who both died of AIDS far too young over twenty years ago.But it has since come to mean so much more to me, because above all, the Bike Rally is for the living. People who rely on the supports provided by the organizations we fund to live healthy and dignified lives. People who every day still face stigma and apathy from the wider world.  People who need food, wellness care, peer support, or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them. They're part of our community, and they deserve our support.
