Hi Friends.
 I’m excited to let you know that I am participating in The Friends for Life Bike Rally (F4LBR) for the third time. This is a special year for me in many ways. This year I turn 65 years young. In honour of that milestone, and wanting to give back to a community that has supported me and others over the years, I would like to give back bigger and better than ever. With your help I would like to raise $6,500.00 to support my community and those living with and affected with HIV/AIDS. Every dollar makes a huge difference for those living with HIV. Your dollars help provide food, shelter,  clothing, and life sustaining medicine for those in need. Please help me celebrate my birthday and give back to such a deserving cause and community.
