I’m hitting the road again on a 600k, 6-day bike ride from Toronto to Montreal Aug 3 - 8, for the Friends for Life Bike Rally this year, supporting the People With AIDS Foundation!

This is my third time around, and I’m pumped to make an even bigger splash. The first time, you all blew me away with your support.

This year, I’m on a mission to raise $5,000 to help provide vital services for those living with HIV/AIDS. Every bit counts!

Why am I doing this again? Because it’s more than just a bike ride. It’s about community, hope, and making a real difference. Plus, I can’t wait to feel that incredible energy and love that comes with every pedal stroke.
