Hello & Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!

I am so excited to be a first year participant of this year’s 27th Annual Friends for Life Bike Rally, as a volunteer on the Nutrition Crew, supporting the 300+ riders as they cycle 600km from Toronto to Montreal over 6 days from August 3rd to 8th 2025.

The Friends for Life Bike Rally is the only volunteer-led ride, that brings people together for an inclusive, supportive and life-changing challenge that inspires much-needed help for people living with HIV/AIDS in Toronto, Kingston & Montréal.

This is a wonderful opportunity to help make a difference in our community as HIV is not over and although tremendous strides have been made since the crisis of the 80s and 90's, there is still lots to do. The rally raises money for local people with local problems. The money we raise helps connect people living with HIV to:

-life changing medication, housing, food, legal services and wellness programming.
