Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!

After a bad injury to my left knee, I am training hard to rebuild my muscles and regain my stamina to be fit for the August 3rd - 8 Friends for Life Bike Rally 600 km from Toronto to Montreal in support of people living with HIV/AIDS.

I am reaching out to you to support my journey and help me raise funds and awareness about people who live with HIV/AIDS.  My best friend Philip who was always on his bike was a great supporter of the community before he passed away in 2022.  I am riding in his memory and for the cause that he espoused.

This event is important to me because I saw first hand what this disease does to the body and spirit, especially when there is no hope.   The money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
