Please support my second 600 km bike ride to raise money for women and people living with HIV

Hello bonjour!
For a second year in a row I am biking to Montreal with the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. Like all viruses, HIV doesn't discriminate. It impacts women, men, and children around the world and in Toronto. The money raised through the Friends for Life Bike Rally (F4LBR) doesn't discriminate either - it goes towards helping anyone living with HIV, regardless of gender, immigration status, language, culture or age.
There are two ways you can help:

On a personal note, last year I gained 3 insights from this incredible 6 day journey:
- Riding 600 km over 6 days while camping is intense. It is also exhilarating, exhausting and a great way to relax.
- Extreme physical exertion (and weather) is hard on the body so get support when you need it. The first day of the ride was extremely hot and humid: terrible weather for asthmatics like myself. By the 227km mark I parked my ego and parked my sore butt in one of the support vehicles.
- The People with Aids Foundation is an exceptional organisation that does an incredible job at building and supporting its communities. The 6 day #F4LBR had 200 riders and 100 dedicated volunteers, without whom the event would not have succeeded.
This event is important to me because the money raised goes directly towards supporting its community with everything needed to live a dignified life: financial support, food, health and wellbeing services as well as safe spaces for social gathering.
