Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!
I am excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. This will be my 2nd year on the Bike Rally, and this time I'm going all the way to Montreal. I had to do a lot of training last year and this year will be an even bigger challenge.

This event is important to me because the money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.

Training rides 2025:
- 19km, April 13 (on my heavy commuter bike!)- 65km, June 8 (and then I biked to and from my ultimate game later)
- 26km, June 15
- 90km, June 19 (to Rossland Rd @ McQuay in Whitby)
(last year I didn't get over 80km until July 19, so I'm quite happy to be on a better pace)
- 73km, June 24
- 50km, June 29 (Long Branch to Leslieville)
- 63km, June 30 (Long Branch to Bronte)
