Hello to my Family, Friends, Clients and Neighbours

A lot of you have provided long time support and I truly appreciate that, others of you are new to this cause. I thank all of you.

Volunteering is my passion and I am dedicated to providing support to members of our community that need extra help. This is my 12th year supporting the Friends for Life Bike Rally for people living with AIDS.

Other volunteer activities of personal time include the Teresa Group. For over 3 decades the Teresa Group has been providing supports to children, youth and families affected by HIV/AIDS. I also am a member of CAMH's Animal Care Committee that does important review work on animal protocols.

The Friends for Life Bike Rally is important to me because;

Over the course of 12 years, I have witnessed the selfless act of hundreds of people all giving of their time and extreme effort for a common goal. If you want to see what pure dedication and stamina looks like, come to see the riders enter into Montreal on their final moments of the ride. The support of families cheering on, drivers, doctors, physiotherapists, "Rubbermaid Rustlers" teams and other crews of people all giving of their time.
The money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need, food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
This is my chosen family that have provided me with so much support and care over the years
