I am back! After a long 8 year hiatus due to doing 2 full-time school programs at the same time, I can finally continue my favourite summer bike ride to Montreal. 

This will be my 5th bike rally, and this cause is close to my heart, and I hope you can join me in supporting it! I will be dedicating this ride to Jeff Otto, who was one of my captains for the first 3 FLBRs that I participated on. 

This event is important to me because the money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.

Looking forward to training hard, having fun with my teammates and most importantly enacting the 40% rule!! Lets get it.
