Hello Friends & family,

This year marks my 5th anniversary with the Friends for Life Bike Rally. Your support means everything to me and your generosity is what inspires me to ride from Toronto to Montreal, along with my husband Alvin, challenging ourselves once more to take on the 600km journey.  This ride not only combines our love of physical activity with a great cause, but it also gives us a chance to train together for months on end... allowing us to spend time together, sharing in the joys and struggles of such an endeavour while meeting new friends along the way.

While HIV/AIDS may not make headlines like it used to, the need hasn’t gone away. Through the People With AIDS Foundation (PWA), we’ve seen just how important community support remains. The challenges have changed, but the goal is the same: to help people living with HIV/AIDS.

This year, we’re back, more committed than ever. This cause holds personal significance, as we each carry our own experiences from different eras of the epidemic., and together, we ride in honour of everyone affected.

If you’re able, we’d be so grateful for your support. Donations over $20 will receive a tax receipt and gifts over $200 will make a significant impact come tax season. ;-)
