Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!
I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. It is a six day ride from Toronto to Montreal - about 600 km in total. The ride dates are August 2-7, 2026.
My first ride was in 2003. I went to the launch party in Toronto that year, where I met Paul Rado, and we have become best friends...Friends for Life! Paul and I have decided to participate in the ride again this year, to help out our community. This is my fifth year riding.
