Hello to whomever happens upon this page, and thanks for visiting!
This year I'll be riding in my fourth Friends For Life Bike Rally (@f4lbr) raising money for the Toronto People With AIDS (PWA) Foundation and riding the 6-day 610km journey from Toronto to Montreal. From the previous three times I've done this ride I have (or rather you generous donors have) raised over $16,000 for the PWA and its partner agencies! This year I'm hoping to add another $7,000 - any amount helps (and keeps my butt motivated on the bike!).
As 2025 draws to a close we're left with more of the same frustration and disenfranchisement as we've felt all year. The cost of living continues to soar, hitting those with less the hardest. For many that means no access to life-saving medication and critical treatment. The PWA works to provide treatment to those in need in the GTA through access to medication, housing supplies, counseling, and education. They literally save lives on a daily basis. I encourage you to check them out at https://www.pwatoronto.org/.
Thanks for your support - feel free to reach out if you have any questions, want to talk in a judgment-free space, or want to share tips on riding.
