Hi friends! I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation. I participated in the bike rally last year and was welcomed by the warmest most supportive group of people. It was a very challenging trip but I felt very supported the whole way. 

I will be cycling 600km from Toronto to Montreal over 6 days from August 1st to August 7th. I'm excited to embark on this challenge for the third time and I need your support! My goal is to raise $3000 in support of the Toronto People with AIDS Foundation.
