Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!

For the second year, I am training to participate in the Friends for Life Bike Rally 600 km from Toronto to Montreal in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. The ride is from August 2 to 7th.

I learned a lot last year about the hurt that this disease causes.  Although the community has evolved, a lot remains to be done.

I am reaching out to you to support my journey and help me raise funds and awareness about people who live with HIV/AIDS.  My best friend Philip who was always on his bike was a great supporter of the community before he passed away in 2022.  I am riding in his memory for the second time for the cause that he espoused.

This event is important to me because I have seen first hand what this disease does to the body and spirit, especially when there is no hope.   The money raised goes to help people who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.

This Rally is an endurance test for mind, body and spirit.  This cause is close to my heart, and I hope you can join me in supporting it!  Thank you.
