Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!
As some of you know I've become an avid cyclist since I retired, and I thought it was time to harness my obsession and use it for something bigger than my own health and enjoyment. And hence, I've signed up for the Toronto to Montreal bike rally. The rally takes place over 6 days next August.
The money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. They are people who need food, medication, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
I'm also doing this to remember and honor the many friends, acquaintances, and colleagues I've lost to HIV/AIDS over the years.
