Every person living with HIV/AIDS deserves support.
I'll be biking 600 km (that's ~375 miles or ~325 nautical miles!) on August 2nd to 7th from Toronto to Montreal to help raise funds that reach four different organizations (lead by Toronto's People With AIDS Foundation) focused on health/therapeutic care for people living with HIV/AIDS, along with additional support and outreach focused on prevention and treatment and housing for people living with HIV/AIDS.
In the 1990s, my uncle Scott and his partner both passed away from AIDS-related infections (so you'll see me riding this year in Scott Brand bike jerseys!). Since this illness remains uncured, someone in the world still dies from an HIV-related cause approximately every 60 seconds in 2026.
This is my first time riding this long and first time launching a fundraiser of any kind. Thank you in advance for your support on this mission.
