In 2026, I’ll be riding ~600 km (375 miles) from Toronto to Montréal as part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally—and I’m asking for your help.
This ride raises critical funds to support people living with HIV/AIDS, providing housing, food, mental health services, and access to care for those who need it most. This is real, direct impact—not just awareness.
As a nurse, I’ve seen how much access to care and consistent support can change someone’s life. That’s a big part of why this matters to me.
I’ll be training for months and riding across two cities—but the bigger challenge is raising the funds that actually make this ride count.
