Jon E Cakes is back on a bike...in CANADA!
After 5 Seasons of ALC (biking from San Francisco to Los Angeles) it's time for a new adventure in the land up North!
This event is called "Friends for Life Bike Rally" in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. The bike route begins in Toronto, runs along the St. Lawrence River, and terminates in Montreal. This is a distance of 600+ km and I've got 6 days to get there! At my age, I'll need each.hour.of.daylight.
This event is important to me because the money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
