Our red dress outfits from last year, hopefully to be topped by something even more fabulous this year.
This August, I'll be cycling from Toronto to Montreal in the Friends for Life Bike Rally, a six-day journey supporting people living with HIV/AIDS and strengthening LGBTQ2S+ communities.
I'm especially excited to be riding alongside my friend Michael on a tandem bicycle. Michael is blind, and riding together is a powerful reminder that challenges are easier to overcome when we support one another.
The funds raised through the rally help provide essential services, including housing support, HIV prevention and testing, mental health resources, and community programs for those who need them most.
