Friends for Life Bike Rally - Back in it for my 10th year!

Part of the rally again!!! Will be 10 years strong participating
Toronto to Montreal - over 600 kms/nearly 400 miles.
Every spring and summer weekends of training and the hot August week long ride are done for a reason. To support the Toronto People with AIDS foundation. Helping those living with HIV and AIDS to reduce hardships faced day by day
Currently also doing volunteer work there and see first hand all the work they do to support so many. But financial aid is required Everything from food, medication and other things we take for granted
Now reaching out to my friends and family for strong support for another big event in my life
