Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page!
I am honored and humbled to be taking part in the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. In August 2023, I will cycle 600 kilometers in six days, from Toronto to Montreal, and I am reaching out to my friends, family, and colleagues for support in this endeavor.

The money raised by the Bike Rally goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS, people who need food, wellness care, or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them. People who need and deserve support in doing difficult things.
I have been fortunate in my life to be surrounded by people who recognize the value of both doing difficult things and helping others. This is why I'm committing to a lot of long hours in the saddle: in hopes you'll join me in helping others.
