Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page, and thank you for stopping by! 

I am truly excited as this year I've decided to take part in a life changing journey for the first time. I am fundraising for this 6-day, 600 km cycling journey from Toronto to Montreal, with all funds raised going towards essential programs in support of people living with HIV/AIDS. These programs provide everything from emotional and material support and care; housing, food and medical assistance; social and emotional support for people who need it the most; and help navigating the hurdles they've so often been dealt. Also important to me, this event serves to help reduce the stigma around HIV/AIDS and raise awareness about the importance of getting tested and ensuring treatment is within reach. 

This cause is close to my heart. It has touched and affected the lives of my friends and family. I've seen my loved ones hurt and victimized by stigma time and time again, and struggle to find resources and much needed assistance. Similarly, I've been witness to the positive changes made possible thanks to the tireless work of organizations such as PWA (People With AIDS Toronto), HARS, ACCM and others.
