Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally fundraising page! Thank you for visiting, and for supporting my ride and this incredible cause close to my heart!
This is my second year doing the life-changing 600KM ride from Toronto to Montreal (Aug 3-8, 2025), and I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally again in support of people in need living with HIV/AIDS.
This event is important to me because the funds raised help people living with HIV/AIDS in our communities; people who need food, wellness care, peer support, or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.
In addition to raising life-saving funds, this event is important for combating stigma and shame that can accompany living with HIV/AIDS. I'm proud to do my part in raising awareness to destigmatize HIV/AIDS and educate folks in my networks about U=U (undetectable = untransmittable), PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis), PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis), harm reduction and other supports.
