I am going to be cycling with 200 or so other cyclists this summer from August 6 to the 11th from Toronto to Montreal!   I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS.

I have begun doing training rides outside in preparation for the 600km ride!
