Welcome to my Friends for Life Bike Rally page. I am so excited to be part of the Friends for Life Bike Rally in support of people living with HIV/AIDS.

 

This event is important to me because the money raised goes to help people living with HIV/AIDS. People who need food, wellness care, peer support or just to be in a place that is welcoming and safe for them.

Originally I was training to cycle my way to Montreal, but an elbow injury in May put those plans on hold. While it was tough to come to that conclusion, I am thrilled to be part of the Nutrition team as part of the Bike Rally Crew, helping out to ensure the cyclists are well-fed for the 6 day journey!
