Since my first memorable ride back in 2003 I've been involved many times with the rally on the Wellness Crew, and then again last years as a rider. Every time I've been struck by what a powerful event this is and how many people it takes to make it happen.

This year I'll be participating again, as a three-day rider (from Kingston to Montreal) and as a massage therapist. You can help me on this year's adventure by donating to my effort. While the Bike Rally continues to be organized by the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation, this year I have chosen to ride in support of Trellis, the HIV and community support organization that runs out of Kingston, Ontario and supports southeastern Ontario. This made sense to me since I now live not far from Kingston so I am supporting the community that I am in.
